Better Built Chamber Type Heat Treater

General capabilities

Truckload size Heat Treater designed to process 600 pallets with standard dimensions, but not limited to, 19’ W x 30’ D x 10’ 6” H. Indirectly fired by Gas, LP, Butane, Steam, hot water.  System is installed on customer’s concrete slab.

Features:

• All aluminum and stainless construction
• Finned piping is Sch 10 stainless steel core with extruded aluminum fins when in steam format
• Available with 800,000 btu’s or 1,600,000 btu’s produced by indirect fired Stainless Steel Heat Exchangers
• Interior skins are stainless steel
• 3” polyisosyanurate  insulation providing R 21
• Hinged aluminum doors
• Computer controls with multiple sensors
• Can be supplied as a dry kiln as well

Better Built Roof-Top Heat Treater

General capabilities

Capable of full truck load quantities and is available in indirect-fired natural gas or propane. Unit is designed to mount on top of a shipping container or refrigeration van.

Features:

• Complete self-contained unit, factory assembled with fans, vents, heat exchangers, pre-wired electric panel, and computer controls
• Unit is insulated
• All components supplied in aluminum or stainless steel
• 800,000 to 1,600,000 Btu Stainless steel heat exchangers
• Computer control system with multiple wood and air temperature sensors providing computer printouts for customers

Entire cycle from start-up to shut down fully automatic and computer controlled.
